Oh yes, tennis! Well I am happy to report that I did fare better than my 5th place Detroit Tigers sitting at the bottom of the AL Central. I had a fun afternoon on Friday with Earth on the West Salem tennis courts. It was a lovely day for tennis. Earth walked away with the trophy, winning our one set we played 7-5.
Grant Management Seminar
The Grant Management Seminar is this Friday, April 14th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm on Zoom. Please let me know if you will be attending. We currently have 1 person registered. Participation is required to be eligible for district and global grants.
Avenues of Service Award Nominations
The AOS Committee will be meeting next month to begin preparations for this year's event. Please forward any 2023 Nominations prior to the end of this month for consideration. Award Categories are: Club Service, Community Service, International Service, Vocational Service, New Generations, Rising Star, Lifetime Achievement and Valley View Rotarian of the Year.
Holmen Area Rotary Club Service Auction
The Holmen Area Rotary Club's main fundraiser is on Friday, May 5th at the Cargill Room. It is a fun evening with dinner, fellowship and fun. Tickets cost $30 in advance. Please call 608.780.1628 for more information.
